Brief
The client needed a multifunction education space with an effective expansion capacity.
The space needed to be designed with brand guidelines as a focus.
Activity-based learning brief:
Seminar rooms, classrooms, focused working booths, quiet study rooms, breakout rooms, collaboration rooms and staff offices.
As a landmark London building, quality and aesthetics were a key factor, along with BMS and incumbent maintenance collaboration.
